With Sipho bieng a young man of this country , he remembered how South Africa was like when he needed to open doors. He decided to give back and accept Sbongiseni for his 6-week practical. He showed himself to be dedicated to his work, flexible and cooperative. He adapted very well and was so quick to our projects in the bush lifestyle.

After his time at Snethemba (SCP), he still needed additional experience. We did not want to let him down and we recommended him to Transnet for an internship. During the COVID-19 lockdown, it was very difficult to convince anybody to take in an intern. However, we managed to get a 3-day work practical for him. We followed up with him to find out that after his 3 days at Transnet, they asked him to stay for another two weeks!!!
